At the pop-up, browse the menu in the app, build your tray or pick frozen bags, then check out with Apple Pay or a card. Frozen bags can also be ordered for shipping or pickup from the website. Orders are made fresh — your order number is your ticket; show it at the counter when it's ready.
After you check out, the app shows a live status screen — Ordered, Cooking, Ready. It auto-refreshes every few seconds. You can also bookmark or share the status link; it works without signing in.
When your order moves to Cooking or Ready, we send a push notification to the device you ordered on. If notifications aren't arriving, open Settings → Good Fold → Notifications and make sure they're enabled. The in-app status screen always shows the latest state regardless.
We send a 6-digit code by SMS to the phone number you enter. Codes can take a few seconds — if you don't see one, check your messages app, then tap "Resend." Make sure the number you entered is correct (US numbers, 10 digits). Sign-in is only required at checkout; you can browse the full menu as a guest.

If something's off with your order — wrong item, missing item, quality issue — email us right away with your order number and we'll make it right. Same-day pop-up orders are typically resolved on the spot at the counter; ask any team member.
If the app freezes, won't load the menu, or won't let you check out: force-quit and reopen, then check that you're on a recent iOS version and have a working internet connection. Still broken? Email us with what you saw and we'll dig in.
