When you place an order, we use the phone number you provide to send you texts about that order โ order confirmation, shipping updates, pickup-ready notifications, and any problems with your order. You can delete your Good Fold account and personal data at any time from inside the iOS app โ open Profile, then tap Delete Account. We process every request within 30 days. Once processed, your name, phone number, email, and address are permanently removed from our systems and your contact logs are purged. Order records are retained in anonymized form (no personal information attached) for tax and accounting purposes. Changed your mind? Tap Cancel Deletion Request from the same screen before the 30 days are up.
