SMS Program Terms

Good Fold
SMS terms.

The full terms for our SMS program. For a public mirror of the actual opt-in checkbox and disclosure language shown at checkout, see goodfold.co/sms-opt-in.

Program

The Good Fold SMS Program is operated by Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC dba Good Fold (San Antonio, TX). The program sends two independent message types: transactional order updates (sent to customers who place an order) and optional promotional/marketing texts (sent only to customers who explicitly opt in). The two consents are stored independently โ€” you can receive order updates without ever receiving promotional texts.

How to Opt In

You opt in during online checkout. You enter your phone number and verify it via a one-time SMS code (OTP) before your order can be submitted. Transactional consent for order-update texts is established by the disclosure shown directly above the phone-number field. Promotional consent is captured via a separate, unchecked, optional checkbox. The promotional checkbox is never pre-checked and is never a condition of purchase. A public mirror of this UI is at goodfold.co/sms-opt-in.

Message Frequency

Transactional: as needed for each order โ€” typically two to six texts per order (confirmation, pickup-ready, and any problems with your order). Promotional: infrequent โ€” occasional menu drops, specials, and events.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Good Fold does not charge for these messages; standard carrier rates set by your wireless provider apply.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from any message type. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages of that type. Opting out of promotional texts does not affect order-update texts; opting out of order updates does not affect promotional texts (if you've opted in to those).
